Child Safety Standards

Cascane has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), anywhere on our platform. This applies to every account, every message, and every piece of content on Cascane, without exception.

What's prohibited

Users may not upload, share, request, solicit, or link to CSAE or CSAM in any form on Cascane. This includes content involving real or apparently real minors, as well as attempts to groom, sexualize, or endanger a minor through the app. Accounts used for these purposes are removed, regardless of where the account holder is located or the age they claim to be.

How to report it

If you encounter CSAE or CSAM on Cascane, report it directly from the app using the report option on the message, thread, or profile in question. You can also email us directly at support@cascane.app with as much detail as you can provide. You do not need an account to report a concern this way.

What happens next

We review CSAE reports as a priority. Where a report is substantiated, we remove the content, permanently ban the account, and report the incident to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by law.

Point of contact

Our child safety point of contact is support@cascane.app.
