Delete Your Account
You can delete your Cascane account at any time. This deletes your profile, every message and voice recording you've sent, every thread and DM you're part of, and any photos or avatar you've uploaded — immediately and permanently. This page works without signing in or having the app installed.
In the app
If you have the app installed, the fastest way to delete your account is inside it: open Settings → Security → Delete account. This removes your account immediately.
From the web
If you don't have the app, submit a deletion request below and our support team will verify your request and process it for you — typically within 30 days. Once processed, deletion is immediate and permanent.
You can also email us directly at support@cascane.app with the email address on your account, and we'll take it from there.
